يمكنك طلب إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط:
- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم
- وفي حالته الأصلية مع التغليف

في حال وجود منتج تالف أو خطأ في الطلب:
نقوم بتحمل تكاليف الشحن والاستبدال

في الحالات الأخرى:
يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن

لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة أو المفتوحة.

• It is in its original condition and packaging

In case of a damaged product or an error in the order:
We will cover the shipping and replacement costs

In other cases:
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees
